These terms govern the use of the FINDO MMC site and products. By using the products you accept them.
The service
FINDO is a platform that brings customers and businesses together (beauty salons, restaurants, doctors, real-estate agents). The business provides the service; FINDO runs the booking and payment process.
Accounts
An account is opened with a phone number. You are responsible for the security of your number and your device.
Bookings
A booking is a request: the business can accept it, decline it or propose another time. Cancellation rules are shown on each business's profile.
Online consultations
Payment is made after the intake form is filled in. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, the amount is refunded.
An online consultation does not replace emergency care. In an emergency, call 103.
Content
You are responsible for the documents you upload. Do not upload another person's information without their consent.
Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The business is responsible for the quality of the service it provides.
