This policy explains what information FINDO MMC (“FINDO”, “we”) collects through the findo.az site and the FINDO products (web and mobile apps), and how we use it.
What we collect
Account: phone number, name and the language you choose. Sign-in works with a one-time code sent to your phone number.
Bookings: the business, service, time and notes you choose.
Businesses: services, opening hours, staff and address.
Doctors: documents uploaded by the patient or the doctor, and the intake form. These files are visible only to the doctor and the patient.
Payments: we do not store card details; the payment provider processes them. We keep only the amount and the status of the payment.
How we use it
To create, confirm and remind about bookings.
To send confirmation, reminder and change messages by WhatsApp, push notification and SMS. Messages are sent in FINDO's name.
To protect the service and prevent abuse.
Who sees it
The business you book with sees your name, phone number and the details of the booking.
The providers we use to run the service (hosting, messaging, payments, video calls) process data for that purpose only.
We do not sell data to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Data is kept while your account exists. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time.

To see, correct or delete your data, write to us at the contact details below. We answer within 30 days.
